So you want to buy a ukulele... which one should you get?

The first question you need to ask yourself is what size do you want?
There are 4 main sizes for ukuleles (soprano, concert, tenor, and baritone). I made this video to help you learn about each size and decide what is best for you:
Once you decide what size you want, you need to ask yourself what your budget is. Ukuleles range in price from $1 to thousands of dollars. Obviously, a $100 ukulele is not going to be as nice as a $2,000 ukulele. It's all about getting a decent instrument for the price you want to pay. There are many great ukuleles at any budget. I think to get a somewhat decent ukulele you need to spend at least around $60-$70. One of my favorite brands is Kala. They have a huge selection and make really nice ukuleles that aren't really expensive. If you are interested in purchasing a Kala Brand ukulele, I have a 10% discount link for all Kala merchandise and ukuleles.

If you want to try out the different sizes in person, you can come to your first lesson without a ukulele and try the ones I have out first. I have all 4 sizes, so you can get a feel of them!
